Young Leaders Academy (YLA) School Site Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Young Leaders Academy (YLA) Site Coordinator leads the daily operations of the Racine Family YMCA’s YLA after‑school program, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for youth. They coordinate activities, support staff, communicate with families and school partners, and model the Y’s core values to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Communications and Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
The Racine Family YMCA is now hiring a Communications and Marketing Coordinator to lead storytelling, branding, and outreach efforts that strengthen community engagement and visibility. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to promote the Y’s mission and impact across multiple platforms.
