Coronavirus Update - March 29, 2020

As you know, it was necessary for us to close our Riverside and Sealed Air Branches on Monday, March 16 to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community. It was our hope to welcome you back on Monday, March 30.

However, the Safer at Home order issued by Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers this week requires that our wellness branches remain closed until Friday,
April 24, unless a new order is issued in the interim.

This is unfortunate news, but given the rising number of active cases in our state, it is an important step to protect the health and safety of everyone. Your health and safety are our utmost concern.

We urge you to continue to follow the CDC’s recommendations to prevent illness and encourage you to visit their website for the most up-to-date information related to the Coronavirus pandemic at

Lighthouse Run - June 20, 2020

During its 41 year history, Lighthouse Run, presented by Eductators Credit Union, The Journal Times and the Racine Family YMCA, has evolved into one of the premier road run/walks in the state of Wisconsin.  That tradition continues in 2020 with the Image Management 10 Mile Run,  Twin Disc 4 Mile Run, Modine 4 & 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk, Landmark Credit Union Kids Power Race and Cree Mascot Challenge.

Offering both competitive and non-competitive events, Lighthouse Run serves as the official kick-off to summer fitness awareness.

Proceeds from your participation in the Lighthouse Run help support the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.

Your contribution helps us provide program support and financial assistance to youth and families who need it in our community. Only by working together can we give more kids the opportunity to grow strong in spirit, mind and body.
