Let's Cook Thanksgiving Sides - November 4

Thanksgiving dinner is a time honored tradition and for many of us, our favorite meal of the year.  In this class, the instructor will demonstrate three traditional holiday side dishes that can be made ahead and frozen, taking some of the hustle and bustle out of the holiday meal and giving the cook more time to enjoy the family celebration: Creamy Homemade Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sweet Potatoes, and Glazed Carrots. Participants will sample all of the dishes and take the recipes home to share with their families.   Please pre-register no later than the day before the class; classes without pre-registered participants 24 hours prior to the start time are subject to cancellation.
(Limit 8 per class)
