Small Group Personal Training - October-December Schedule

Maximize Your Time, Focus Your Energy and Get Results!

Working with a certified personal trainer is one of the fastest & most successful ways to improve your overall fitness. Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) not only gives you the knowledge, guidance and motivation of the trainer, you get camaraderie and energy of the group at a more affordable rate. Sessions run by the month with four to six 4-6 participants.

School Days Out Program - New Schedule

Our School Days Out Program offers supervised care for kids 4-12 years old and is offered on days when RUSD is not in session. Enroll your child for a fun-filled day of activities including games, sports, crafts and swimming.
