Japanese Cooking Class - February 17

The YMCA will be offering a Japanese Cooking Class on:
Wednesday, February 17th
Join this hands-on class and learn how to make
authentic Japanese dishes from a Japanese Native.

Chicken Teriyaki Mini Burger 
Morning Class 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Evening Class 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
SEALED AIR BRANCH
Class maximum is 8 participants

Participant fee: $20 Members/$40 General Public
Registration Deadline is February 15th

Small Group Personal Training

Maximize Your Time, Focus Your Energy and Get Results!

Working with a certified personal trainer is one of the fastest & most successful ways to improve your overall fitness. Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) not only gives you the knowledge, guidance and motivation of the trainer, you get camaraderie and energy of the group at a more affordable rate. Sessions run by the month with four to six 4-6 participants.

LIfeguard Classes

American Red Cross Lifeguard Class:  Learn the skills to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies.  To enroll you must be 15 years old by the end of the class.  We are currently hiring for lifeguards & swim instructors.
